BOOKING AND WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Upon receiving the final confirmation email/message, our agreement is confirmed.
Please carefully review the details therein, as your confirmation receipt signifies
acceptance of the services, dates, and fee quotes outlined.

By making a booking and scheduling a session date, you agree to:
● Pay the full amount in advance for gift vouchers and individual services, unless
otherwise agreed upon with one of our Style consultants regarding a payment
plan.
● Pay a non-refundable 50% deposit for packages. The final invoice payment is due
within 48 hours of receipt, unless an alternative payment plan is arranged with
one of our Style consultants.
● If a payment plan is agreed upon, an initial fee is required upfront, followed by
monthly payments via Direct Debit. The duration and monthly amount will be
determined based on the service/package booked and agreed upon terms.
Payment plans for individual services must be settled in full before service
delivery.

Please note that these payments are non-refundable, except in cases where
cancellation is initiated by one of our Style consultants or in exceptional circumstances,
subject to our evaluation and approval.

Payment plans cannot be interrupted or refunded unless service interruption is initiated
by one of our Style consultants. By opting for a payment plan, you commit to its full
completion as agreed upon.

Please be aware that dates and bookings are only secured upon receipt of the (initial)
payment.

TRAVEL
Our shopping and wardrobe sessions primarily take place in London. However,
alternative locations may be considered, with travel costs and arrangements to be
agreed upon in advance.

CANCELLATIONS

While cancellations are possible, please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling appointments is permitted free of charge up to 48 hours before the
scheduled date. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur an additional fee.
In instances where rescheduling is not feasible, particularly for limited-time offers, the
booking may not be redeemable. We advise reviewing specific promotion terms and
conditions for clarity.

BELONGINGS & PURCHASES
During in-person styling and shopping sessions, clients are responsible for their
personal belongings. We cannot be held liable for any lost property.
For all shopping sessions (both online and in-person):

● We are not liable for client change of mind or product defects, including size, fit,
or quality issues.

● We are not responsible for non-finalised purchases, provided the service is
delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, with our support and expertise.

BOOKING WITH OUR STYLISTS
Our Stylists operate under contract with Avares Stylist, and we kindly request clients to
make bookings exclusively through Avares Styling

DELIVERABLES
Our Stylists at AVARES STYLING are committed to delivering exceptional results. To
ensure success, we request your full engagement, including completing provided
questionnaires and Pinterest boards before sessions. Active participation during
sessions is crucial for optimal outcomes.

While we strive to prepare for shopping sessions diligently, stock availability is beyond
our control.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns or complaints about our
services, please communicate them promptly for discussion and resolution.

DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. All information provided for style sessions is treated
confidentially and will never be disclosed to external parties outside of Avares Styling
Your information is securely stored and protected. Payment information is handled
directly by the ‘Stripe’ server for secure transactions.

USE OF AVARES STYLING
Access to our website is subject to the following terms and conditions. By using this
site, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We reserve the right to modify terms
and conditions, and your continued use signifies acceptance of any revisions.

CONTENT OF THE WEBSITE

inaccuracies or omissions. Additionally, we do not accept responsibility for
